MSEE preferred, BSEE or equivalent required.

Desired Skills/Experience:
- Absolutely Must Have Superb Verbal and Written Communication Experience.
- Absolutely Must Be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Green Card Holder.
- Must have current-small-team (5-10 people) management experience in an Embedded Software Development Environment: Mentoring, Training, Hiring, Firing, Recruiting, Strong Project Management, Deadlines, etc.
- Must have current-hands-on technical experience with C, C++, Assembler, VxWorks, Unix/Linux.
- Current Experience as an Embedded Software Development Manager in one or more of the following areas (or a similar area): Telecom or Communications Products, High Speed Networking/Telecom Products, Military and Aviation Communication/Telecom Products.
Pluses:
- Software Development with and for: ASIC, FPGA, GigaBit Ethernet, Fibre Channel, Network Integration Cards, High Speed Network Chips and Switches.
