Job Description
|
÷ Strong hands-on development expertise in the area of networking and security on embedded/SoC systems
ç Good expertise in Firewall concepts like connection tracking, packet filtering, Application Level Gateways. Hands on development on Linux firewall (Netfilter, iptables) is a definite plus.
ç Extremely good understanding of Routing, Bridging and TCP/IP Protocol stack
ç Strong protocol skills PPPoE/A, DHCP, DNS, RIP, ATM â Mutli-protocol encapsulation
ç Good understanding of VPN's and the protocols involved (IKE, AH, ESP) and implementation/integration of VPN on a SoC
ç Good understanding of OS's (Linux) on embedded platforms. Understanding of RTOS's is an added plus.
ç Strong C programming and data structure skills
ç Very good analytical ability in debugging software in an embedded environment
